RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At our online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. For this reason, we offer the possibility to exchange or return products under the following terms:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to applicable law (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  1. Be in its original condition
  2. Not have been used beyond what is necessary to check the product
  3. Include all accompanying items (labels, instructions, etc.)
  4. Be accompanied by the receipt or invoice
  5. Be returned in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Consumables that have been opened
  2. Pet hygiene or personal care products (e.g., shampoos, cosmetics) once used
  3. Products that have been custom-made or modified to order

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs are covered by the company.
For exchanges, reshipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us within the 14-day period
  2. Provide your order number and the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund
  4. Receive return instructions
  5. Send the product to the following address:

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence to info@petriptero.gr. In this case, we cover all return costs and will promptly issue a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, exchanges are made for the same or another product of equal or greater value. Any difference in price for higher-value items is borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase. For cash-on-delivery payments, bank account details, account holder name, and bank name are required. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to the company’s fault.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@petriptero.gr..

GENERAL REMARKS

The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
