Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHODS 

At our online store, we make sure your orders are delivered quickly and safely by offering the following shipping options:

CLICK & COLLECT (IN-STORE PICKUP)

You can collect your order from our physical store at no extra cost.
Address: 116 Agiou Antoniou St., Chalandri 15238, Attica, Greece
Collection Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order, please provide your order number and the name used when placing the order so we can locate it. If a third party is collecting on your behalf, they will need to have these details.

Orders will remain available for collection for 2 business days after notification. After this period, the order may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.

COURIER DELIVERY (SPEEDEX)

We deliver orders throughout Greece via Speedex courier.

Delivery costs are €4.00 for parcels up to 3 kg.
For parcels over 3 kg, an additional €1 is charged for each extra kilogram.

BOX NOW LOCKER PICKUP

We deliver orders throughout Greece via BOX NOW.
Delivery costs are €2.80. 
Exceptions are products from the CAT TREES and CAT LITTER collections, for which delivery costs are €6.00.
BOX NOW Locker Pickup is available for prepaid orders weighing up to 20 kg and measuring up to 60x45x36 cm.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days within Attica and 1-3 working days for the rest of Greece.

FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery is available for orders over €39.*

*Excludes items from the CAT TREES and CAT LITTER collections.
